The DJI Matrice 4D is a drone from DJI's enterprise range, designed to work with the Dock 3 station. It takes off, completes its mission, returns to recharge, and sets off again without any on-site intervention. Teams pilot and supervise everything remotely, from a control station.

Prefer traditional field use? Paired with the DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise remote controller, the Matrice 4D also operates autonomously. A single device thus covers two ways of working: scheduled and recurring flights, and one-off interventions.

Battery life that changes how missions are organised

Every landing to recharge interrupts the work and wastes time. With a maximum of 54 minutes of flight, the Matrice 4D can cover a large area in a single pass: an industrial site, a network corridor, a construction site, or a perimeter to monitor. Fewer rotations means more consistent data capture and better-filled working days.

Paired with the Dock 3, it returns to its station to recharge and then sets off again. Inspections can then be repeated at regular intervals, without deploying a team each time.

Three focal lengths to see wide, then zoom in

The three-camera system meets a concrete need: spot first, then examine. The wide-angle provides the general context of the area. The two telephoto lenses allow you to inspect a detail (insulator, crack, rooftop, elevated equipment) without bringing the drone close to the hazard. You maintain a safe distance while still obtaining usable images.

The night vision mode and anti-fog function extend the available operating windows: early in the morning, in the evening, or in damp conditions.

Built to withstand real-world conditions

A professional drone must perform when the weather does not cooperate. With its IP55 rating, the Matrice 4D handles dust and rain. Obstacle detection and terrain following enhance safety on rough or cluttered sites. You can therefore maintain your scheduled missions without cancelling them at the first sign of rain.
